UNIDOR have the governance structure as detailed below
The board of directors (BOD) is the higher organ of the organization in which the chair of the board has the super power of the organization unless otherwise, the majority of the board are not in favour. The board is comprised of seven (7) members, the Chairperson, the vice chairperson, the secretary general who is the executive director of the organization. The treasury and Three (3) Members
2) THE SENIOR MANAGEMENT TEAM (SMT)
- The senior management team (SMT) is the second highest organ in the organisation, which monitors and supervises the daily routine activities. They meetat any time there is a demand and a decision to be taken.
- The field-based management team comprise of each base manager and sector head, who are also responsible for the organisation’s daily routine activities and make decisions at their level. Each base is expected to havean established crisis management committee to be led by the base manager, each base manager reports directly to the supply chain manager as well as the director of operations.
