Universal Intervention and Development Organization (UNIDOR) is a South Sudanese National and a faith base organization found in 2004 , the organization is legally registered by Relief and Rehabilitation Commission (RRC), under registration 182 . UNIDOR is a member of different working networks and forums , therefore in South Sudan we are member of South Sudan NGOs forum which combine both International and National NGOs , Global Network of civil Society Organization for Disaster Reduction (GNDR) we are the country National Focal point in Gender Equality Representing South Sudan as country in the region , Member of Charter for Change (C4C), NEAR Network , We are members of Working clusters in South Sudan, specially Health ,Nutrition we are also member of Strategic advisory Group (SAG) , WASH , Education full time member , Child Protection Sub cluster we are SAG member , FSL cluster
UNIDOR implement multisectoral Projects and Programmes and we are among the few National NGOs who implement multisectoral Porgrammes , our pride and appreciation to our funding partners who have been making us visible , as we work in the hard to reach areas and ready to response and work in any locations regardless of difficulties , with our faith in God we break many cycles of obstacle ,We have both skill dealing with humanitarian aids ,as well with resilient , development and Sustainability Programme .
UNIDOR as an organization have clear governance structure which is disseminated to all employees for better understanding on when some one have issue to report , we also have clear compliance mechanism channels for our beneficiaries and employees , the higher organ in UNIDOR is the board of Directors (BoD) which comprised of seven (7) Professional Members , who come from diverse background , we do have professional in Finance, Strategic planning and Management ,business administration , However it better to mention that we don’t discriminate any we employed staff base their professional ability to do the job as expected their technical expertise to deliver what is require to be deliver specially on service delivery to the most venerable community . South Sudan have ten (10) states as from the year 2005 when South Sudan and the government of Sudan signed comprehensive Agreement (CPA) which silent the guns who have cause agony suffering and displacement to the massive population of South Sudan, therefore UNIDOR work in most of the state we do not have any constrain or Political block as we are neutral and do what we do with in our mandate
