Universal Intervention and Development Organization (UNIDOR), is a South Sudanese Faith based, National Non Governmental organization found and legally registered on 22nd of April 2004. The organization were initially found by the name of Upper Nile Initiative and Development organization (UNIDO), this was because South Sudan used to have three(3) regions, Greater upper Nile, Greater Equatoria and Greater Barhelghzal, which changed when South Sudan Sudan Signed a comphenve peace agreement (CPA) on the 9th of July 2005 in Nairobi Kenya, thereafter south Sudan given an Automy to govenrg themeselvies and they changed the regions to Ten(10) states, Namely, Upper Nile State with the state capital Malakal, Unity State with state capital Bentiu, Jonglei with State Capital Bor, Central Equtiral with state capital Juba, Eastern Equatoria with state capital Torit, Western Equatoria state capital Yambio, Lake state with state capital Rumbek, Warap with state capital Kuajok, Westren Barhelgazal with state capital Wau and Northern Barhelgazal with capital Awiel. 

The organization is legally registered by the Relief and Rehabilitation Commission (RRC), under registration 182. UNIDOR is a member of different working networks and forums, therefore in South Sudan we are member of South Sudan NGOs forum which combine both International and National NGOs, Global Network of civil Society Organization for Disaster Reduction (GNDR), member of charter for change global network, (NEAR NETWORK).  Under the UN clusters systems we are members of Health, Nutrition, Protection, Education, WASH, and FSL Clusters in adds to peace builind and conflict resolution with localization as crosscutting theme.

UNIDOR implement multisectoral Projects and Programmes and we are among the few National NGOs who implement multisectoral Porgrammes, our pride and appreciation to our funding partners who have been making us visible, as we work in the hard to reach areas and ready to response and work in any locations regardless of difficulties, with our faith in God we break many cycles of obstacle,We have both skill dealing with humanitarian aids as well with resilience, development and Sustainability Programme. The organization do have a govenance structure, the Board of Directors, is the highest organ of the organization, it comprise of seven (7) Professional Members who come from diverse background. The senior management team (SMT), the second higher organ of the organisation, lead by the Exectucte Director (ED) and it comprise of Five(5) memebrs, the head of programms, the director of operations, the finance manager, human resource manager and ED.
