UNIDOR have the governance structure as detailed below
- The board of directors (BOD) this is the higher organ of the organisation in which the chair of the board has the super power of the organisation unless otherwise, the majority of the board are not in favour. The board is comprised of seven (7) members, the Chairperson, the vice chairperson, the secretary general who is the executive director of the organisation. The treasury and Three (3) Members
2) THE SENIOR MANAGEMENT TEAM (SMT)
- The senior management team (SMT) who are responsible for the organisation Daily activities, SMT comprise of Five (5) member led by the executive director, the head of program, the director for operation, finance manager and HR Manager.
- The field-based management team comprise of each base manager and sector head
